Just picked up our stunning Bentley Flying Spur from Gary Tipler, who turned our entire journey into a fantastic experience that I'm happy to say still exists in this digital age we find ourselves in. Gary is super friendly, and his knowledge about the product is unmatched. I would definitely recommend him; you won't regret it.

"Buying a £32,000 Car That’s a Mess"
So, I bought a car for £32,000 that was just 10 months old, and guess what? It turns out it had been in an accident. The tailgate was second-hand, the front end wasn’t right, and the paint was peeling off. Customer service? Total rubbish! It takes them ages to respond to emails, and when they do, they just feed you lies. Honestly, this has been the worst experience ever.

"Misrepresented service plan and no reimbursement"
Back in December, I signed up for a service plan thinking I’d get a service in February 2023. This was what my dealership told me, but they didn’t consider my mileage at all.
Now, I’m stuck paying for a package that Audi Nottingham said I needed, but turns out I didn’t, and they won’t refund the cash I’ve already forked out.
I reached out to Audi financial services with my issues, but they just brushed off my email.

"My recent visit for car service was great!"
I showed up for my appointment and was welcomed by my service manager right away. He was super nice and courteous. He went over everything that was going to take place with my vehicle in detail. After leaving the showroom, I got a call from Michael letting me know they found an issue. The necessary part was ordered overnight and installed the following day. Michael called again to inform me that my car was all set. It was waiting for me outside, looking spotless. Big thanks to the whole team!

"A Weekend Decision Turned Sour"
Over the weekend, I had a change of heart after dealing with some intense sales tactics that pushed me to sign, knowing we were in a rush to get back home. I felt really bad about it, but even though I was open to losing part of my deposit, they insisted I had to give up the entire £3000 holding fee. So, I ended up taking the car. What a dreadful experience.
To make matters worse, when we finally got the car home, the rear number plate just fell right off...

I've already shared my thoughts, but let me do it again. I got a call the day before my appointment, told to show up at 8:45 for an MOT that was supposed to be quick. Turns out, I ended up waiting around for about FOUR hours. If I had known it would take that long when I scheduled it, I would've just dropped the car off the day before.

"Experience with Derby Audi's Policy"
I brought my daughter's Audi A3 in for a diagnostic check. The car had already been to an F1 garage for some repairs, but they couldn't sort out the issue, so they referred it to Derby Audi for a proper diagnostics check to pinpoint the exact problem. They accepted the referral from F1, and I dropped it off. I was informed that there were extra tasks needed, like a software update and some other things, which would take a few hours, so I left it with them. Later, I got a call from Derby Audi saying they wouldn't perform any work on the A3 or the software update because it had been serviced by another garage before. They claimed it was their policy not to work on vehicles that had been touched by other independent shops. However, after chatting with Audi's head office, I found out that this isn't their policy, just Derby Audi's. I've owned several Audis from Derby Audi over the years, but I won't be going back.
